日本語が分からない方[If you do not understand Japanese]

 

Hyuga City Hall employs a Coordinator for International Relations (CIR) who speaks Japanese and English. If you want to go to the City Hall to do something and need language help, please ask for the CIR to interpret for you.

Generally the CIR will be available:
Monday – Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Friday 8:30am to 2:30pm
The CIR will not be available on weekends and holidays.

There are times when the CIR is not in City Hall because of work at other locations.
Please call the Local Community Division before coming to the City Hall and make an appointment with the CIR at: 0982-66-1005.
